"MOULIN ROUGE" OPENING NIGHT

I collaborated with Karen Olivo, formally playing the lead role of Sateen, on her opening night look of the show. The hand painted look was a homage to the art of Toulouse- Lautrec and the song, "Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend".  I drew the snake first with chalk and to make sure it wrapped around her in the most perfect way. I used Jacquard fabric paint, fabric markers, and then added Swarovski crystals to achieve the final look.
